Day 1 Arrival at Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

Be picked up at the hotel by a private driver then head to the airport for catching the flight to Huanglong Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to a local hotel by driver, check in the hotel and have a rest.

Day 2 Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

Your private tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in the morning. Enjoy beautiful views at Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992. Marvel at the perfect scenic area with natural wonders, a pure unspoiled land which contains waterfalls, alpine lakes, tranquil grasslands, snowy mountain and Tibetan villages along the way. You won't know what experience the area will offer until you have been there.

Day 3 Deparure from Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

Huanglong

Your private driver will pick you up from the hotel and drive around 2 hours to Huanglong Scenic Area. Begin your tour at Huanglong Scenic Area famous for its colorful lakes, snow-capped mountains, beautiful valleys and virgin forests. You have the optional choice to take the cable car up to the summit to enjoy the incredible and light blue ponds separated by the adarce. Beautiful forests, mountains and lakes are easy to forms a perfect picture in your camera. After hours of exploration, catch the flight back to Chengdu. Upon arrival, your private driver will transfer you to the hotel.

Important Notes for Jiuzhaigou:

1. The opening area includes Zaru Temple of Zaru Valley, Zechawa Valley and Shuzhen Valley(except Sparkling Lake), Rize Valley(from Nuorilang to Five Flower Lake).

2. Jiuzhaigou is open for a limited period from 8:30 to 17:00 every day.

3. Maximum 8000 travelers are allowed to enter Jiuzhaigou every day.

4. No individual traveler is accepted. Please book the Jiuzhaigou tour organized by the travel agency in advance before traveling.

5. The entrance tickets can only be booked on the official site with a real identity.

Yes everything was spectacular and fascinating very professional and prompt services. There were beautiful places to explore and to see in the 4 hours that we had. The comfort and beauty of the China was incredible, The history, culture and way of life of the local people we bumped into during the layover was beyond our expectations. Hiking on the Great wall after driving through a small remote countryside was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the best trip ever to experience on a few hours.

We had not previously used a travel agency for touring. The crew including the driver and tour guide were really funny, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite having limited time we still had free time allowing for shopping and grabbing a meal and drinks. Highly recommend this layover in Beijing.

Well worth it! Jenny was really nice and incredibly helpful with the immigration process after airport personnel originally escorted to the wrong area and didn’t want to allow leaving the airport. She takes great photos! Beautiful views and fun to take the toboggan down. Wasn’t too crowded on this day - and definitely worth doing with a 7 hour layover. Nice car and driver too.

He speaks good English and very patient. He knows his stuff. I visited West Lake , Buddhist temple and the Pagoda.
