Introduction

The Macau Tower is one of the tallest buildings in the world that is located on the southern tip of the Macau Peninsula. The tower stands at 1,109 feet above the ground level. This tower is even taller than the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It belongs to the World Federation of Great Towers and it has one of the highest speed lifts climbing up 233 meters high. It was designed by Gordon Moller who is a renowned architect from New Zealand. Construction of the tower was completed in December 2001 during the second anniversary of Macau's return. During the time of its completion it was the tenth highest tower in the world and the eighth tallest tower in Asia.

Bungee Jumping and sky Jumping

The Macau Tower is home to the world's highest bungee jump platform at 233 meters tall. This platform Jump is listed in the Guinness World Record for being the Highest Commercial Bungee jump in the world attracting adventure buffs. The place has a specially designed bungy cord, guiding cables and recovery system in an advanced system for secure Jumping at all weather conditions. There is also nighttime bungee jumping under the city lights as from 6pm in winter and 7.30pm in summer.

Macau Tower Sightseeing Observation

The Macau Tower is home to the highest outdoor observation deck. It is located on Level 61 at a height of 223 meters. Visitors can get a panoramic view of the Macau Peninsula, the Peal River Delta and Taipa, Coloane islands. The observation deck is the best place to catch the sunrise and sunset and many visitors get there for the magical views.

Macau Tower Mast Climb

Visitors can get unique and different views from the Macau Tower Mast which is at a height of 100 meters high.

Macau Tower Skywalk X (on Level 61)

This skywalk is located on level 61 set out in a rim that has no handrail to cling to at a height of 223 meters above the ground

Conference & Entertainment Area

There is a conference center and entertainment area for hire. Functions such as meetings, art performances, seminars, conferences and private occasions can be held here and visitors can look at the facilities of their choice. In addition there are exhibition halls with 100 booths suitable for trade fairs and 8 subdivided rooms of a massive grand hall where events can be held.

Theater 

On level 4 of the tower there is an auditorium with up to 500 seats and a Theater where visitors can watch movies that are about to premier. The multifunctional hall is completely equipped with perfect and modern lighting and a perfect sound system. This location is perfect for events such as parties, weddings and special ceremonies.

Restaurants

There are plenty of restaurants that visitors can choose from at the Macau Tower. There are restaurants serving local Chinese delicacies where people can watch their meals being cooked. Another western dishes, Portuguese cuisine, seafood, beef, chicken, Indian flavors and Portuguese cuisine.
