Pick you up at the hotel lobby, start the tour from Humble Administrator’s Garden, immerse yourself in the vibrant garden later wander along the Pingjiang Road, you can explore local souvenirs and food here, try optional Hanfu(beautiful and traditional Chinese cloth) on and be a gentle Jiangnan girl or boy and your tour guide will be happy to take pictures for you. After lunch, transfer to Panmen City Gate and explore the hidden history from your knowledgeable tour guide. At last, walk along the bank of Grand Canal, be transferred back to the hotel.

Day 2 Suzhou-Wuzhen Water Town by Private Vehicle

Tiger Hill, Wuzhen Water Town

The first stop today is Tiger Hill, enjoy spectacular towers and Tiger Sword Pool, drive to Wuzhen Water Town around 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, enjoy delicious lunch then start exploring the east part of Wuzhen, leisurely walk on the ancient stone path or bridges, watch floating boats on the river, enjoy unique buildings, explore the tie-tying shop, amazing bed museum and ancient drama stage etc. As the night falls, head to the west side of Wuzhen which is so stunning in the evening, follow the path and enjoy glittering bridges and boats which decorated with neon light, enjoy the mist floating on the river, and you will be excited and happy to see such a wonderful world.

Note: The hotel today is a 5-star hotel in the west part of Wuzhen Water Town.

Get up early and be taken to Hangzhou, enjoy appealing West Lake on a cruise as the sun rising up, later enjoy fields of Longjin tea field at Mei Jia Wu Tea Village and get the chance to sip a cup of tea. After lunch, go for Feilai Peak, enjoy its artist stone caving on the way, later enter Lingyin Temple where you will be amazed at exquisite Buddha wooden and iron carving, experience how sacred temple it is since so many people are praying their wishes to the Buddha. Yes everything was spectacular and fascinating very professional and prompt services. There were beautiful places to explore and to see in the 4 hours that we had. The comfort and beauty of the China was incredible, The history, culture and way of life of the local people we bumped into during the layover was beyond our expectations. Hiking on the Great wall after driving through a small remote countryside was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It was the best trip ever to experience on a few hours.

We had not previously used a travel agency for touring. The crew including the driver and tour guide were really funny, friendly and knowledgeable. Despite having limited time we still had free time allowing for shopping and grabbing a meal and drinks. Highly recommend this layover in Beijing.

Well worth it! Jenny was really nice and incredibly helpful with the immigration process after airport personnel originally escorted to the wrong area and didn’t want to allow leaving the airport. She takes great photos! Beautiful views and fun to take the toboggan down. Wasn’t too crowded on this day - and definitely worth doing with a 7 hour layover. Nice car and driver too.

I used China tour company to visit Hangzhou on on feb 7th. It’s a private tour. The experience is very pleasant and enjoyable. Tour guide Mr. Mark Zhou was very good. He speaks good English and very patient. He knows his stuff. I visited West Lake , Buddhist temple and the Pagoda. The tour was very enjoying and place (Hangzhou) is a must to see if you wish to enjoy the nature and Chinese culture and tradition. I recommend it to every one visiting China.
